To Be Successful You Only Have To.....


There are only three things you have to do to achieve success:
  1. Work when you feel like it
  2. Work when you don't feel like it
  3. Have an up to date plan and follow it.
In working as a coach with businesses, especially the very small business, there comes a time when the owners' initial enthusiasm wears out and the hard realty of running a business sets in.

To maintain the needed energy and positive attitude, a person's life has to be in balance. There are five vital areas that have to be in balance in order to sustain and grow a business:
  • family
  • health
  • spiritual life
  • work
  • recreation
To much of one or a neglect of another, may result in the "loss of enthusiasm".

A coach has to be in a position of confidence in order to provide the needed support . Everything is held in the strictest confidence. As a Certified Financial Planner  I follow a very strict code of ethics and the Principle of Confidentiality is essential to working relationships with clients.

I bring this in only to emphasize the importance of these five areas. They really service as one of the building blocks for growing a business. Yes, we look at a lot of other things such as financial status, goals, trends, etc. but a coach also has to work from "your values" perspective.
