Your product or service is.......

Business owners spend much time preparing their products and services for presentation to prospective customers. Most often a brochure is prepared which tells all about the great features that the product has. Sometimes the wrapping of the product is important and time and money is spent on acquiring just the right container.

The designing of a new web page to tell our story has to have just the right colors and the right words. In other words, a business owner spends both time and money to develop a product.

Now back to the title of this blog....Your product or service is......YOU!.

Today, right now, make it a point to work on the development of you!  The development process may sound silly or to basic, but it needs to be done. Sometimes we forget the basics and the we need a gentle reminder.

Let's begin with a series of words and gestures:
  • stand in from of a mirror and practice your smile; It should be on your face when you talk on the phone or in person  with a prospect. In fact, always smile, even if you are alone. Practice your smile when you walk by people you don't know, chances are they will return it.
  • be enthusiastic, it's  very contagious.
  • be optimistic, it goes a long way towards reaching your goals
  • maintain a positive attitude even when things go wrong
These four words, if frequently put into action , will help you have a better and more productive day; do it for 30 days and you will have a more productive month; do it for 365 days and you will experience your best year ever.
